Shipping rates are determined based on the actual item you are ordering and the quanity of items you are ordering. The shipping options are clearly displayed for you during the checkout process so you may choose the option you prefer.
In general, Standard Shipping is $4.00 for the first book and $2.00 for each book after that. Priority shipping is normally about $3.00 more than Standard Shipping. Exceptions do apply to certain products.
Due to the personalization of our products, we cannot accepts returns or exchanges. Before finalizing your order, please double-check to ensure all of the information is correct. If you notice something that needs to be changed after you place the order, contact us immediately. Once we have made your book, we cannot change it.
We understand that mistakes sometimes happen. If you have made a mistake with spelling, grammar, capitalization or other information, we will offer you a discounted rate to make you a replacement book. If we have made a mistake in your book, we will, of course, replace it for you at no charge.
