What exactly is a "personalized book"?
Your child actually becomes the main character in his or her own adventure! The child's name is woven right into the storyline and the book often includes the name of their town and names of family members or friends. Additionally, a special note from you is printed at the beginning of the book! Children are delighted to read their own story and will want to read it again and again. It becomes a lifetime keepsake - truly a gift to cherish!
Can more than one child be featured as the main character?
Our books are designed to feature only one child as the main character. The stories are written from the perspective of one child speaking or doing an action. In most of our books, however, names of other family members or friends can be mentioned in the storyline.
What information do you need to personalize a book?
When you add a book to your shopping cart, you will be prompted for all of the information needed for that particular book. In most cases this includes the child's first and last name, gender, age, town name and names of friends or family members. Some of this information is required, while others are optional. This will be indicated for you when you order the book. Some books require additional information, depending on the storyline, for example, birthdate, name of an adult to be featured along with the child, or the details of a baby's birth. Additional details are required to make our Special Occasion books just right, for example, the First Communion date.
I don't know all of that information. Can I get a list of what information I need?
Sometimes you need to contact someone to get all of the information you need for a book. No problem! Simply print out the page from our website or send us an email with the name of the book and we will send you a form which will tell you everything you need for that book.
What are the books like? Are they hard cover or paperback? Do you have "board books" for young children?
All of our books feature durable, wipe-clean hard covers. The inside pages are paper. We do not offer board books...we need to be able to feed the paper through our printer in order to personalize the story.
Do you really make these books by hand? How do you do that?
Yes - all of our books are hand made by us. We use a computer and laser printer to personalize the story and print out the story pages. The illustrated pages and covers are professionally printed for us by a printing company. We use binding equipment to permanently bind your book into a lifetime keepsake. At many of our shows, we actually make the books right there while you are shopping. Come out to one of our shows and see us in action!
I love that I can read the stories for each book on your website, but I still would like to actually see the books and page through them. Is there any way to do that?
Absolutely! Just visit us at one of our many shows or schedule a home show for your family and friends! We will have all of our sample books with us and you can take as much time as you need.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 days of receiving your order and payment. After that, it is dependent upon the shipping method you chose. Rarely, we may be out of stock on the book you ordered. If this happens, you will be notified through email and your order will take approximately an additional 2 weeks.
We have a very busy "Spring Season" due to the popularity of our First Communion book. When ordering during this time, please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. If you need it sooner than that, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your timeline!

Will you share my information with anyone else?
Absolutley not! We value your privacy and that of the children for whom you are ordering. We will only use your information to fulfill your order. We also send out an occasional email newsletter to keep you informed of show schedules, specials and other news. You always have the option to "unsubscribe" to these emails.
Do you accept international orders?
Due to licensing restrictions, we only ship our products within the United States.
Do you have a catalog you can mail me?
Sure! We have a brochure listing our products and pricing information. Just email us your request and tell us how many you'd like. We're happy to provide extras for you to give to your family and friends.
Why are some of the prices different on your website than on the brochure?
The brochure lists the prices for Club Members. These prices are available to anyone who joins our free club.
